BONDED PAIR DISPLACED BY HURRICANE HELENE: Moo Shu and Cashew are a bonded pair of girls that were adopted from MPR as kittens but returned after being displaced by Hurricane Helene. Moo Shu is incredibly outgoing and affectionate and will demand your attention. She loves to purr when receiving affection and will even stick her tongue out when you are petting her! She will lovingly demand more pets by reaching out with her paws for your hand. She has settled into her foster home after only a couple of weeks and will be quick to adapt to her new forever home! Cashew is a shy girl but is slowly opening up in her foster home. She is a beautiful medium hair fluff ball with the most gorgeous ear wisps. These girls have voracious appetites and come to life in the evening when they play hard with their toys. Moo Shu and Cashew are both well mannered with their claws and have only used their scratching pad. Moo Shu is quite inquisitive about the medium size dogs in their foster home but have not had direct interaction. Should you open your heart and home to these two beautiful fluffy kitties, you will be rewarded with their love for years to come.
Apply today to meet MooShu and Cashew. They will be attending our weekly adoption event on Saturday, 12-4pm at PetSmart, Bleachery Blvd.
All cats and kittens have been spayed/neutered, FELV/FIV tested, microchipped, vaccinated with age approprate vaccines, given dewormer and flea preventative and provided care for any known illnesses during their time with us.
All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
