Do you have a cat who LOVES belly rubs? Not yet? Well, you can change that today.
Jagger (aka Bigguns in his foster home) is a hunk of pure love and is seeking a forever home with humans who want to give his ample tummy some attention. He will kindly move a little side to side to make sure you get to pet all of him. Jagger keeps himself busy during the day, napping and keeping track of all the animal friends in his foster placement. He previously lived with and/or had exposure to dogs and kids, and he currently lives peacefully with multiple cats and a dog. Jagger is a social guy who would happily make himself at home in almost any situation.
Jagger was surrendered along with his brother Mickey, and their journey to PAWS was the result of a change at home, with a family member moving in who was allergic to them. Sometimes, Jagger gets confused and even thinks he is a dog, which is obvious when he goes to the door to see who has come over to visit or lays on the floor, sprawled out near you while you eat. He wants to ensure no scraps fall on the floor (what a good guy!).
Since arriving in foster care at a whopping 30 lbs, Jagger has been on a weight loss journey. He has been steadily shedding his pounds through diet and exercise. Additionally, Jagger recently had dental work done and multiple teeth extracted. He is ready now for his best life.
During PAWS' "Cold Noses & Warm Hearts" Adoption Promotion running through 12/24, adopters can name their adoption fee for any cat over 6 months old or dog over 40lbs.
Age: ~5 years old
