Meet Calvin, the 2year old, 12-lb dynamo who’s got enough personality for a dog 3X his size! This sassy, non-shedding bundle of joy is the ultimate combo of sugar and spice, with a dash of “little dog syndrome” to keep every day an adventure!

Calvin is a TOTAL love bug with his humans, but he’s got a mighty bark for such a pint size pup that makes him sound like the toughest dog in the 'hood (he's totally bluffing though). Newly housebroken (and proudly NOT a marker—hallelujah!), Calvin will still need frequent potty breaks to cement his new habits.

With his canine foster siblings, Calvin is the classic “annoying little brother,” always stirring up playtime or stealing the spotlight. He has not been tested with cats. Toys? Sometimes. But he’s all about playfully mouthing and wrestling with his humans hands.

Fair warning, if you leave the pantry or dining table unattended, Calvin sees it as an open invitation to go exploring—no regrets!

At bedtime, this cheeky cuddle monster will cozy up in the big bed, ready to recharge for another day of mischief. If you're looking for a small dog with big personality, Calvin might be your guy!

Calvin will require professional grooming every 6-8 weeks to keep him healthy (approx $50-$100). If you have a grooming reference, please include it. Calvin's adoption fee is $4s00, which includes age-appropriate vaccines, microchip, and his neuter surgery.

Our primary mission is to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for homeless cats and dogs. Our secondary goal is to make sure all of these animals are spayed or neutered. It is a big task, but we are ready! Paws and Prayers is based in the Northeast Ohio region. We operate as a non-profit, incorporated organization that functions solely on the efforts of foster homes and adoption volunteers.
