Rikki is a charming 10-pound, 4-year-old chi-mix eagerly awaiting her forever home! She loves daily walks, does well on a leash, and enjoys napping and looking out the window on car rides. Rikki is GREAT at playing fetch and adores curling up on her foster parents' laps. Currently, she happily lives with two small resident dogs and has met larger dogs with curiosity and no issues. While she hasn't encountered cats or kids, her low prey drive suggests she could adapt well. It's important to note that Rikki doesn't like her feet or shoulder blades touched, unless it's mid-pet, so older children who can respect her size and cues would be best. Once her collar or harness is on, she has no issues, and her foster family is working on helping her feel more comfortable with that. Rikki is potty trained on a schedule and sleeps soundly in her kennel at night without a peep. She would thrive in a home with a yard but could also do well in an apartment with regular walks. She knows how to sit and is very treat-motivated. This sweet girl is ready to settle in and make her new family feel like they've hit the doggy jackpot!
