Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Nutmeg, a charming 10-week-old Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever mix! This playful pup currently weighs 15 pounds and is expected to grow into a loving companion, reaching between 45 and 75 pounds as he matures.
Nutmeg is a social butterfly, brimming with energy and always eager to make new friends—both human and canine. His favorite pastime? Playtime! He’s at his happiest when he’s engaging with people and exploring his surroundings. While Nutmeg is making great strides with potty training, he’ll need regular bathroom breaks and some extra supervision as he learns. A caring family that embraces positive reinforcement training will help him thrive.
To keep Nutmeg safe and happy, a physically fenced yard is a must—he loves to run and explore!
Nutmeg is already neutered, microchipped, and dewormed, and he has received two of his three required distemper/parvo boosters. His new family will need to schedule his final booster at 14 weeks and his rabies vaccine at 16 weeks.
If you’re ready to fill your home with joy and laughter, Nutmeg is eagerly awaiting his forever family. Could you be the one to give him the love and guidance he deserves? Come meet this sweet pup and see if you’re his perfect match!
If you would like to meet Nutmeg, please complete the adoption application on our website: www.furfunrescue.org. If you have questions about Nutmeg, you can contact rox@furfunrescue.org or call 319-929-6657.
Adopters must be within a two-hour radius of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Indoor homes only.
Adoption fee $400.
