Cody is a sweet and playful puppy, learning about his new world. He is a 5-6-month-old cavapoo. He is an energetic puppy who can tangle you on walks and be underfoot, especially when he gets the zoomies.
He is learning about toys and walking nicely. Has not had enough patience to want to sit. He will need some basic puppy classes so he can learn some manners. He is very curious and loving but cautious.
He is a licker and doesn't understand personal boundaries yet. I call him Sir Licks Alot.
He seems to know potty pads as he has peed and pooped on them but will also go outside.
He is not a fan of the kennel and would prefer a dog friend who will let him snuggle or be close, but also play with him and show him the ropes. He came in with Lacie, another cavapoo.
He did well when I let him sleep in bed, starts to fidget and move when he has to go potty.
He also loves to chew and will find things to chew if you are not careful. His small size also allows him to be able to squeeze through certain places, like the bars of a baby gate or fence.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
