Meet Crunchy Pecan is an adorable nugget of puppy breathe and wagging tail. She is an 8 week old mastiff mix pup with the gentlest personality. She is simply the best! She is sweet, loving, outgoing and playful. Crunchy Pecan loves other dogs, playing with them, exploring the outdoors or curling up for a nap in a puppy pile. She is wonderful with children and would do great in a home where she can grow up with them. Crunchy Pecan loves everyone she meets and will eagerly cover you with kisses especially if belly rubs are involved. She will be a great addition to your home.

Crunchy Pecan is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped.

Vet references and personal references verified, verify home ownership or rental and ability to adopt

Virtual or in person

Approve Application

Send out approval with information on canine, need to electronically sign. Adoption agreement. Review all aspects of the adoption agreeement

Pay Fee

Adoption donation accepted, welcome letter emailed with educational information to welcome your new dog home. Transport arranged

6.
Take the Pet Home

Adopters receive all vetting documentation and a welcome home goodie bag for new fur friend

With many of these communities battling overpopulation, low local adoption rates and climbing medical bills, Northbound Rescue forms a partnership with these rescuers to assist them with medical care, fundraising, transport and rescue efforts in the Northeast.
