About Midnight:

Midnight is a shy sweetheart who blossoms with a little patience and love. This playful pup may act like a puppy, but she's wise beyond her years. She's not a barker, so your peaceful nights are safe with her. She is already spayed and up to date on all of her vaccinations. She is heartworm positive, so she will need to go back to PLR's vet in Apex in a couple of weeks for an overnight stay to complete her heartworm treatment. The cost of the heartworm treatment can only be covered by Peak Lab Rescue if done at one of their vets in Apex.

She has a soft spot for bones and stuffed animals, which she loves to play with. Midnight is a joy to all dogs, regardless of their size,and plays with them happily.

Graceful with a hint of clumsiness, Midnight is excellent both in the crate and when left out. She's incredibly gentle and sweet, always looking for affection and cuddles. Midnight is also a dream on car rides!

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Application and more info may be found at: peaklabrescue.com/adopt. Please allow 24 hours for your application to be reviewed.

2.
Meet the Pet

If approved, you will be given the foster's contact info. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. You must come to Apex, NC (near Raleigh) to meet in person.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If it's a match you can take your dog home that day. Our Adoption Fee is $325 and you must complete and sign our Adoption Agreement.

4.
Take the Pet Home

If you return the dog within 7 days of adoption you may receive a refund of $275. A $75 administrative fee is required to cover our costs.

Additional adoption info

You will receive the dog's Vet records via email 7-10 days after adoption. You will receive the dog's microchip info and rabies tag (if appropriate) via USPS about 2 weeks after adoption.
