My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie is a handsome boy who is sure to warm your heart with his energetic antics. He loves to play with toys, and is super food motivated. So far, he has learned focus (eye contact), sit, go to your crate, and we are working on leash training in the home. He is a pretty confident puppy overall. He's also quite the cuddle bug. He does well with our resident dogs and cats. His favorite food is freeze dried salmon and bully sticks. He sleeps through the night and uses pee pads consistently.

Charlie is currently in foster care, so he is not physically on our facility. If you are interested in setting up a time to meet Charlie, please reach out to our foster care coordinator through email, fostercare@petsadoption.org!

The Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center (formerly the Riverside Humane Society) is an Adoption Guarantee Organization that takes in healthy, adoptable animals.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered, updated on all vaccinations and microchipped upon adoption. They enjoy indoor, comfortable kennels and are socialized by volunteers on a regular basis.

Our mission is to eliminate the suffering of homeless cats and dogs by:

•Providing humane care for pets in transition
•Facilitating adoptions to loving homes
•Providing humane and pet overpopulation education to the public
•Supporting sterilization of companion animals
