My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nimbus, like the stormy cloud, is a sweet and curious little kitty who will make you work for her trust. Although, that trust can be easily gained by offering her yummy treats. She has been having a lot of fun playing with her foster sister Persephone. If you have seen the TV show “Wednesday” on Netflix, I’d say that they are like Enid and Wednesday. Both are perfectly ok to be adopted separately but would benefit from having each other. She’d be perfect for a family with another cat already or one that’s patient and is willing to let her adjust at her own pace. She took about two weeks to warm up to us, and now she loves coming over for pets and cuddles!

Visit the shelter during regular business hours. If the pet is listed as "in foster", please contact the foster at the email provided.

Submit Application

If you would like to adopt after meeting the animal, the foster or staff member will give you a link to an online application.

3.
Approve Application

One of our adoptions counselors will contact you to go over the pet’s medical history, personality information, and answer any questions.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Finalize adoption paperwork & pay adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Schedule a time to pick up the pet at the shelter.
