My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe is a 4.5 year old sweetheart that's very playful and smart. Her previous owner said she enjoys puzzle feeders and understands "Want to play?". She will follow you around the house and flop down for belly rubs. She will also lead you to wand toys when she wants to play with them. She does have megacolon and takes medication in her canned food daily to control it. To find more information on her, please email animalcontrol@lowellarkansas.gov. If you're interested in meeting her, stop by the Lowell Animal Shelter Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm or Sunday from 12pm to 4pm!
