My name is Wesley!

Hi, I'm Wesley, a five year old dog who loved living with my owner for four years until she moved to New Zealand. I am very loyal and protective and so probably prefer just one owner. I like taking walks and hikes, I even climbed Mount Washington. I like playing with balls and toys outside. I also love playing with other dogs like when I would go to doggy daycare sometimes.
I am very good on my own. I can spend lots of time at home and won't even chew anything except for my toys. I usually find a warm spot in the house and take a lot of naps. But I said I was protective. If I hear someone at the door I don't know I'm going to bark to let them know I'm here. If I get very nervous about someone too close to my owner I might snap at them, but I've never bitten anyone.
I am looking for a new home where I can have a new person to be my best buddy. I might like it if you already have a dog as I do like playing with them. I hope to find a new home soon.
