My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! We are searching for a new home for this sweet little pup, Charlie. We adopted him from the humane society a few months ago, and unfortunately, our house is a bit too chaotic for him (he was brought in as a stray, so we did not have background info). He is SO comfortable with adults, very much a cuddly, lap dog who craves peace and quiet.
He is approx 3yrs old, 12lbs.
We have dogs, cats, & kids, and he has anxiety with all. As much as we were hoping to be a forever home for him, we recognize that we cannot give Charlie the full one-on-one attention and calm house that he deserves. We have worked with a trainer, and while he was super quick to learn the basics, his anxiety and trauma are deep-rooted, and this just isn't a conducive environment for him to gain a much-needed sense of security.
We're hoping to find an adult-only, pet-free home, with owner(s) experienced with high needs, anxious pups, who are very loving and very patient, and home most/all of the day.
