Meet Forrest, a gentle soul with a heart full of loyalty. His mellow nature makes him the perfect companion for quiet evenings, while his brave spirit ensures he's always ready for an adventure.
Forrest was a stray in my neighborhood for about a month, but was too timid to let people approach him. We set a dog trap for him, with the help of WCAC, and after a few days we got him! We found his owner, but they were unable to care for him anymore and gave me permission to keep and rehome him.
Though he's a bit shy at first, Forrest warms up quickly, revealing a sweet, friendly side that's impossible to resist. He's a cuddly fellow, always seeking out a warm lap or a soft spot to curl up. He is completely indifferent to the seven cats in the home, even when they approach him. He is also living with five large dogs currently and is getting along well, but he would likely prefer a home where he could be more the center of attention or with more low-energy friends.
