Meet Tabian! This little boy, along with his two siblings and mother, came to the shelter as strays with no home to call their own. Despite such a big change, all of them adjusted to life indoors very quickly, and are now ready to go off into the world and find their forever homes! These kittens are social and curious little boys. They spend all their time together playing, napping, and enjoying the easy life. Because of their social nature, they would all do very well in homes with other cats similar to them in age or energy level to play with- maybe even one of their siblings! If Tabian and his siblings sound like the perfect new friends for you, fill out an application for them today!

Owned a pet in the past, please list veterinarian pet went to.

Approved applicants will be asked to come to the shelter to meet the dog. (Cats/kittens are at other locations to visit)

Interested in a dog? Please fill out an application at our website, please list dogs name on application or if you don't see one, please list breed/gender you are looking for. (We can place you on a wish list) Once approved we will watch for a dog for you. When we get in animal that might be what you are looking for we will contact you to set up an appointment to meet the pet.

$60 Adoption fee for cats. $100 for kittens. $150 Adoption fee for dogs. $250 for puppies. All potential adopters must complete our Adoption Application.

** Most cats/kittens are located at PetSmart in Utica or PetSmart in Bloomfield Hills, unless noted **

Go meet their pets

Our adoptable cats are located at a PetSmart in Utica, PetSmart in Bloomfield Hills or a PetCo in Roseville. You can visit them at the stores when they are open.

For Dogs we are asking people to fill out an application online to get approved. Applications can be found here: https://macsshelter.org/dog-application. We will schedule a meet and greet of the dog after application approval.

We do take our dogs to different pet stores in the Metro Detroit area on Saturday's. You can visit our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/macs1935) to see where our next dog adoption event will be located. These events start at 11 AM - 2:30 PM.
