My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Missy is a friendly and playful young kitty who loves to be petted and have attention but lets you know when she's had enough. She gets along with other cats, or would be happy as your one and only. She has a little bit of a spicy side so would do best with older children. She has extra toes on her from paws!

More about this rescue

We are a brand new non profit 501C3 cat rescue formed in January of 2024! We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue of abandoned and homeless cats in Bridgeport and surrounding communities. We provide food, shelter, foster homes, vet care, and eventual placement into loving homes.

We actively participate in T(trap), N(neuter), R(release) of feral cats and strive to find barn homes for those who can not be returned to their original location. We promote spaying and neutering as the only way to end overpopulation and the needless suffering of unwanted cats. We further stress the importance of education to address appropriate physical and environmental needs of cats and kittens.

AATC hopes to partner with other rescues in our area! We are interested in collaboration, not competition, with the goal to help more cats together than we can individually.
