My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meowdy! I'm Farnham, a domestic short hair brown tabby. Not to be vain but I think I'm super handsome. I was part of an unwanted litter and had to be bottle fed, so I'm very affectionate towards humans. I purr a lot! My love language is physical touch. I enjoy playing with other kitties but I especially love cuddling in your lap. I've been around big and small dogs and adult cats and done well. I've also been handled by children. I'll be your best friend for life! I am up to date on my vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV. I have had my vet exam, been dewormed, and been microchipped and neutered. Please note: kittens may NOT be adopted as a Barn Cat nor be outdoors unsupervised as they are too young to know how to protect themselves.

Go meet their pets

You may see our wonderful kitties at our sanctuary on Saturdays from 12-4, except holidays. Some cats and all kittens will be in foster care, so please fill out an application for a home visit.

Wild Blue Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is a 501(C)(3) rescue organization in the Colorado Springs area. We are committed to the No Kill philosophy and we hope to help El Paso County become a No Kill region. We currently only house cats and kittens.

We are strong believers in and supporters of spay/neuter programs, Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR), and the Human-Animal Connection.
