Reese is from the southwestern corner of Colorado, just over 3 months old. She needs a patient adopter to help open her world to new and fun experiences. Reese has been with the foster family for a week and becoming more confident with her contact and touch by humans. She is a very sweet girl, wanting to be by your side in life's adventures. Food is a motivator to becoming friends. It has been helpful having around other confident dogs that enjoy human contact. It's been a great learning tool for her.
Reese is still working on potty training, doing better as long as she has access to the outdoors, as well as the foster family getting her outside at regular intervals. We have not worked in leash training, making sure she feel secure in her current environment. She does well in a kennel at night, and shorter periods during the day.
Reese's' ideal living situation is a single family home with a yard and older children, due to her shyness. Currently being fostered in southeast Aurora, CO. Reese will be available for adoption November 9th, accepting applications before then.
