My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tank Carter!

Tank Carter

is looking for a calm home to help him recover and heal. Tank is a very lovable labrador mix who was unfortunately diagnosed with Heartworms. He is currently undergoing treatments, and will be so until into the late winter or early spring. Since he is undergoing treatments, he is not available for adoption, however he is searching for a dedicated foster to give him a comfy place to undergo treatment. Tank weighs roughly 45lbs. He is great with other dogs. If you already have any other dogs in the home, a meet and greet would be required prior to taking Tank home.

His foster would be responsible for giving Tank his oral medications as directed, and bringing him to the shelter for check-ins and injections. Tank needs a home that is able to give him love, security, and a calm place for him to rest. All medications and treatments are covered by the Humane Society.
