Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, I’m MooMoo! Despite my name and my markings, I am in fact, all dog - a 14lbs, 3 year-old chihuahua mix. I'm looking for the perfect adopter who can give me the patience and love I need to feel safe and secure.
I'm a pretty shy pup. It takes me a bit of time to come out of my shell, but once I do, I'm your most loyal companion! I'm very cautious of strangers and tend to get vocal about my opinions, so an apartment is not ideal for me. As my foster has gotten to know me, I've shown a big preference for women, so I’d like to go to a 1-2 person household with a lady to take care of me and no young children. I think I might enjoy having a dog of similar size & personality as a friend, but I’ve done fine as the only dog too. I have grown very attached to my foster and struggle with new people. I'm not the kind of dog to make laps sharing my love, rather I prefer to give it all to my “chosen person”.
I like spending my days roaming around in my fenced backyard, sunbathing on the porch, perched next to the window, going on walks with my foster mom and taking long naps cuddled up in bed. Once I’ve settled into a routine, I'm a pretty simple, laid back pup! I eat throughout the day and rarely ever make messes inside. I'm not the biggest fan of toys, but I could spend all day enjoying a lick-mat or food-puzzles.
If you are patient, understanding and looking to meet your new best friend, maybe I can help you out! As long as you let me set the pace and give me time, I will devote all my love and attention to you!
