Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Farley is a very versatile guy. He can be both lover and an entertainer. He has fun chasing and wrestling with the other foster kittens, as well as playing with his toys. And he is always happy to be held and petted by his people. Farley is a gray tabby, almost nine months old. He is an active kitten, friendly to all. There are dogs in his foster home, but in another area. Farley is old enough that one can know what his personality is like, and he scores high on being a sweet and loving boy, perfect for a family pet or a companion to brighten your day.

All of our dogs, cats, rabbits & ferrets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Small animals are usually not altered. We have adoption applications, a short interview process, and an adoption fee for each animal. All animals (except rabbits & small animals) are up to date on all shots.

We hold adoption events on Saturdays at Petsmart in Mishawaka from 11-3. We also hold other events throughout the year. You can also contact us directly regarding a pet seen here and we will set up a time for you to meet them in person. Company Overview
Heartland Small Animal Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving South Bend, IN and surrounding towns by taking in homeless pets and adopting them out into loving homes. We also work closely with local shelters to reduce euthanasia rates by pulling animals and putting them in our program.
