Rescued in November 2023 after being hit by a car, Misty endured a tough start, but her spirit remains unbroken. Despite wearing a harness, no one came to claim her, and she’s been patiently waiting at the shelter for her furever home ever since.
Now healed and ready for her next chapter, Misty is an incredibly sweet, friendly, and loving dog. She adores belly rubs and will gladly spend all day on her back soaking up affection. She also enjoys walks and is always excited to meet new friends along the way. Misty is a happy soul who thrives on being around people and has a personality that lights up any room!
Well-mannered and attentive, she listens beautifully and knows how to sit on command. She's also learning "stay" and "down." Misty has shown her gentle nature by doing wonderfully with children of all ages, even babies! She also passed her cat test at the shelter, making her a versatile companion. When it comes to other dogs, she tends to prefer calmer pals to match her easygoing demeanor.
