Flynn is a stunningly handsome 3 year old male black/white domestic medium hair cat available for adoption from The Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County (AWL) since 10/29/24. Look at those whiskers!! Flynn is neutered, dewormed, and up to date on all of his shots. Flynn has a tipped ear meaning he was a barn or community cat neutered and vaccinated as of part of a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. Come say hi and ask to meet Flynn.

The first thing we require the Adopters to do is fill out one of our applications. Once they get that turned into us we call landlords, vets, and references and check to make sure their animals have all been up to date and make sure their landlords( if they have one ) are okay with them bringing home a new animal. We also call the references to make sure they are good animal owners. We will also look at whether or not you have a fenced in yard and how big your yard is ( if adopting a dog). We want to make sure we have the best fit home for the animals. All of our animals have their boosters (adult or puppy). Some are fixed and some are not. We do have a spay/neuter trailer that comes to the shelter at least once a month that spay and neuters our animals.
