Hi everybody! My name is Gabriel and I came to the shelter on 10/26 after getting lost on a great adventure. Since then I have been slowly adjusting to the new, strange smells, new sounds in my new surroundings. I don't think I've ever heard so many dogs around me. It is quite a change for me but I was greeted by a lovely volunteer who made feel so loved and safe. She understood I was new and needed some attention. She has been so patient with me and I loved that so much. I am so grateful for meeting this volunteer. I am sure with all the love and patience I am receiving from the volunteers, I will come out of my shell in no time at all! This is what I am hoping for in my new home. A second chance to receive love, attention, patience and respect. The volunteers describe me as sweet, a little scared, and quiet in my temporary home. Do you think you have the time, space and devotion to give me that second chance? I promise I will return the same kindness you show me forever and always. I am a smart kiddo too because I can sit when asked and may know more if you would give me that chance. I'll be the best boy ever in your life. I can be your couch potato, your companion on great adventures, and the best thing that has ever changed your life. For the better. For you and for me. I will be waiting for you to change my life around soon. Love, Gabriel.
Gabriel is current on vaccines, will be neutered and microchipped. He is 3 years and weighs in at 61lbs. He will also be tested for heartworms upon his adoption. If you come see him, he will be waiting for you in Run 28. Ask for ID# 5742. Please don't wait long, come see this sweet boy!
