His previous owner described him as a “great dog” but sadly surrendered him because they didn’t have enough time to dedicate to a pet. They mentioned Frankie was good with children, good with other dogs, and loves the park! He has done great with the dogs he’s met here at the shelter, making him a great candidate for a home with a doggy friend—or he’d be just as happy being your one-and-only.
