Meet Teddy Ruxbin, a charming 3-year-old dachshund/yorkie mix (or “dorkie”) with a heart as big as his name! Ruxbin is a very loving, social boy who gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and has never met a stranger he didn’t adore. With a calm and laid-back nature, Ruxbin would be an excellent fit for a lower-energy home or even apartment life.

While he’s on the gentler side, Ruxbin does need a family with the time and patience to continue his training journey, especially when it comes to potty training. The adoption donation varies on the age, breed and vet care provided. All of our dogs receive all necessary vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, and dewormings. All of our long haired dogs are professionally groomed and our senior pups receive a dental. After filling out an adoption application, one of our team members will check your vet reference and set up a time for you to meet the dog. We do a home check as part of the adoption process and all members of the household (human and canine) must meet the dog prior to finalizing the adoption.

We are a 100% foster based rescue organization. We do not have a facility that you can visit as each of our dogs live in foster homes until they are adopted. We run off of donations and every dollar helps!
