Meet Little Princess!

Little Princess is 8 months old and is a litter mate to Piper, Penelope, and Pat. She is UTD on vaccinations, spayed, and heart worm negative. She has been on flea/tick and hw preventatives.

She and two of her other siblings (Prince and Peter) were at a different location and had very little social interaction prior to going to Beth’s house to be fostered. Beth reports Little Princess is crate trained but not housetrained. She wants to socialize with a few of other dogs inside but is concerned about their reactions.

She likes to go outside to eat with litter mates and plays well but rough with them. Little Princess wants to be scratched and petted when she comes inside. She loves chew toys and tennis balls.

We’d like to get Little Princess into a foster home with fewer dogs as soon as possible to work on socialization. We will provide continued vet care and food until she is ready for a forever home.
With time and love we know that she can be an amazing companion.

More about this rescue

Our small, volunteer based, non-profit was formed in September 2023. Our city run shelter was grossly underfunded so we stepped in to fundraise and financially assist with vet care, transports, and food for the animals at the shelter. In January 2024, our city council decided to no longer fund the animal control department. Since that time, we have continued to assist with the care of animals in our community. Our goals are to find fantastic forever homes for these amazing dogs and focus on spaying and neutering homeless animals in effort to greatly reduce the vicious cycle of unwanted litters born on the street.
