My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cowboy, a vibrant and intelligent canine resident of our shelter. Cowboy`s energy is infectious, and he is always ready for a game of fetch or a playful romp around the yard. But don`t let his playful nature fool you, he`s got brains to match his brawn. Cowboy has quickly mastered all basic commands and even a few fun tricks. He loves puzzle toys and is always eager to learn something new. Cowboy`s energy, playfulness, and intelligence make him a joy to be around. He is seeking a forever home where he can share his zest for life, love, and learning. Adopt Cowboy and let him bring a dose of fun, excitement, and companionship into your life.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
