Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Smart, sweet, survivor
Noble and his brother Barnes were rescued from an abandoned apartment. We think their person passed away and that some time passed before they were found, because they were so very hungry when rescued! Now that they're in a loving foster home, they're eating well, gaining weight, and really beginning to thrive.
We know both boys must have been well-loved, because they immediately adapted to their foster home. They are sweet, loving, chill cats who have perfect house manners and who get along well with adults, kids, and the foster's own cats and dog.
Noble is a very bright, happy guy. He adjusted so quickly and so well that his foster says it seems like he has been with them for his entire life!
He's super-affectionate with people of all ages and prefers to be where his people are. When you walk into the room, he'll head-butt you to you to say, "Hey! hey! hey over here! I love you and here I am!" He really likes that attention. He loves to be petted everywhere and he will roll to ask for belly rubs. He is super gentle! He also likes to sleep on the bed with you.
But not to worry; he's not a needy or clingy cat. If you're busy, he'll just chill out or hang out with the other cats and the dog. He's generally quiet, though he will tell you when dinnertime draws near.
If you bring out the feather wand toy, Noble's inner kitten will emerge. He'll zoom after the wand and leap up to capture it. He also adores catnip.
Noble and his brother Barnes have been through so much, and yet they are still so trusting and happy. We think the love they have for each other helped them survive their ordeal. They are deeply bonded and therefore must go to their forever home together. You can read more about Barnes here: https://tinyurl.com/27nsuxd6.
Given that they were alone for so long, we think they would be happiest in a home where someone is around much of the time, or at least who isn't gone for 12 hours or more every day. They'll do well with kids, and with other pets given a proper introduction.
These awesome cats have a long life ahead of them and so much love to give! They deserve the most loving forever home! Could that be yours? If so, contact us today to arrange a meet-and-greet!
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
