My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kooper is an owner surrender at age 4. He is around 16 inches tall and weighed 44 pounds. He loves squirrel hunting so has trimmed down already!

Kooper came to HBHR with excellent house manners and pack manners. He leaves things alone that do not belong to the hounds and gets along with everyone. His favorite activity is to watch for squirrels and chase from tree to tree. The only time you will hear him bay is when he has spotted a varmint and wants the pack to know! His drive to hunt is so strong that he often must be rounded up for meals!

Kooper enjoys attention but is never demanding. His laid-back personality makes him a wonderful companion for almost any home but will be happiest with a yard with trees!!
