My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes:
Leonardo Da Vinci is a masterpiece of a cat, a young lad full of life who will capture your heart. He is one friendly teen, always ready for a meet and greet and play, play, play...Leonardo put all his heart at kicking a ball, battling a feather wand, chasing a laser beam and crinkling a catnip toy. He is soo enthusiastic! The nice thing is that he lets me pet him while he is so involved in his game. He is said, though to scratch his owner accidentally when he plays too hard. Although fully ambulatory, Leonardo has some tremors affecting the hind end of his body and legs. He might have been born that way. He does at times lose his balance and experiences some litter box issues. Lovely and lively Leonardo Da Vinci has so much to give, his youth, his enthusiasm, his desire to be with people and his beauty. Yes, he does have a disability but I know that there is out there, a wonderful adopter who likes and knows how to care for physically challenged young kitties. Leonardo Da Vinci is waiting for you at the Manhattan Care Center!

I'll need daily interaction with you as I get used to my new life.

I love to play and will need appropriate toys and positive outlets for my energy.

Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!

I have been known to shower my favorite people in love!

I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!

Leonardo Da Vinci interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. We recommend that he go to a home with adopters with some cat experience preferred or at least be well counseled in expending high energy appropriately and is prepared for medical-related litter box issues.
