My name is Toast!

Meet Toast! She was found on 9/30/24 hiding in a bush, dragging her leash. Unfortunately, her people haven't come looking for her. We've fostered to keep her out of the shelter and would love to find her the perfect home.

Toast is almost house-trained and sometimes uses a puppy pad overnight. She adores butt scratches and has a silly habit of gently grabbing your arm for more. Great with kids, but best with older kids (she’s got strong zoomies!). Loves chew toys, anything squeaky, peanut-butter-filled Kongs, sniffing out new smells…and stealing socks. She needs ample playtime/walks, or she will find things to chew on.

Dog-friendly, but displays some guarding behavior. Has met cats, mostly barks at them.

She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on her rabies vaccine. A small rehoming fee will help offset her care costs.
