Introducing Mrs. Galaxy, a sweet and gentle soul who was found as a pregnant momma, and now she’s ready to shine in her forever home! This lovely lady is not only a true nap professional, but she’s also the first to greet her foster mom with a cheerful "hello" every day. And don’t be surprised if she demands a kiss on the nose—it's her special way of showing affection!

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
