Hi! I'm Phoebe Buffay, your new best friend and adventure buddy! I'm a border collie with a personality as quirky and lovable as my namesake from Friends. Don't worry, though-I don't sing about smelly cats (in fact, I love cats and get along great with them, as well as dogs and kids too)!
I could give even the fastest fetchers a run for their money. Whether it's chasing down a ball or doing zoomies in the yard, I'm all about speed and fun. I'm also housebroken, snack-obsessed, and totally ready to find my forever family. Could it be any more obvious? I'm the perfect pup for you-come meet me and let's make it official!
Complete the adoption application on our website and make your appointment to meet Phoebe, not Ursula, today. We have appointments available daily except Monday. Call the shelter with questions: 609-309-5214. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 38 Age: 3yrs 11mths 0wks
