Neighbor received this dog at 8 weeks. They have no dog door, they work long hours, they only take her outside when they go to smoke, never walk her. They never invested time to work with her. They use a shock collar to control her. I took her about 10pm last night, she does well with constant commands. Will play fetch and bring back ball. She seems scared with signs of abuse. Providing attention, teaching commands, providing a bed, the dog is doing well. I am a single woman with a dog and 3 cats. I work an hour away from home. I do not have the time she needs, but I had to get her out of her current home.
