Meet Sonya, a lovable 4-year-old Frenchie with a heart as squishy as her adorable potato self! Sonya and her best friend Lucy are a dynamic duo who must be adopted together, and trust us, they’re double the love you never knew you needed. These two are the ultimate couch potatoes, but don’t be fooled—they’re also total goofballs who love to wrestle and play with each other, bringing a smile to everyone around them.

Sonya is super sweet, great with other dogs, and absolutely devoted to her buddy Lucy. This inseparable pair is ready to bring twice the joy, snuggles, and laughs to their forever home. If you're looking for double the love and double the Frenchie charm, Sonya and Lucy are waiting just for you!

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
