Slater is a 4 year old spayed GSD/Mal Mix. Slater just finished up his training at The Good Dog Ranch. He is ready for his family!

Slater is the perfect mix of sweet, loyal, and laid back IN the house and playful, fun, and protective outside! He’s incredibly smart and loves to learn. He loves being outside and especially enjoys the water. He’s great with kids and does fine with other dogs with the proper intro. No cats. Slater needs a true companion… someone who can be firm yet loving and who will continue his training. He really is the best boy!

CalPaws K9 Rescue was established in October 2019. We are an all-volunteer non-profit dog rescue focused on saving dogs of all ages and breeds. Our volunteers consist of experienced animal rescuers located across the San Francisco Bay area and beyond.
