Hi! My name is Shira, and I'm a 4 month old brown tabby girl! I also have white paws and a bit of white on my chest; that's how you can tell me apart from my sister Raya, who has more white on her face and body. I'm a little shyer about being held, but one thing I'm not shy about is PLAYING! I love toys, and I'm not picky about what kind of toy, either. So please bring some toys if you come to the shelter. I really hope my furever home has lots of toys for me to play with!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
