Imagine being all alone on the streets at just 3 months old. That’s where a very special woman found adorable Jasper. She immediately scooped him up and kept him safe until she could bring him to us. Now, he has a secure place to play, rest, and meet new people until his forever family comes along. At 13 pounds, Jasper will be neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped as part of his adoption. In the meantime, he does not have to stay with us. In fact, he would love to go home with a family who is ready to love and commit to a puppy who has lots to learn and much to give.
