Betty-Boop came to us from an over-crowded shelter and was turned in by her owner. She is a very quiet, laid-back, 11 year old. We think she is a Jack Russel Terrier mix. She is a little chunky at 24.5 lbs and could stand to loose a few pounds. We had no medical history on little Betty-Boop so she pretty much needed the works, including dental surgery, full blood analysis, core vaccinations and a microchip. BettyBoop has very sensitive joints either from a previous injury or arthritis, so she would do best in a home with little or no stairs. She enjoys leisurely walks and the other day she was so happy to see foster dad she did the "Happy-Dance" and did zoomies around the yard, (not really fast zooomies but she tried). She is totally house trained and will either go to the door or come up to you and let you know. You won't mistaken her expression; her eyes truly tells you that she needs to go out! We feel that Betty-Boop would love to have someone home most of the time and give her the companionship she yerns for.
