Meet Princess!
This darling girl is only 6 months old and did not have the greatest start in life. She is so very sweet but a bit unsure of herself. She will do best in a home with another confident little dog who can show her the way.
More information from Princess' foster mom:
Princess has started to learn how to walk on her leash and has grown from being fearful to being outside to getting excited when she sees her harness. Princess plays and goes on short walks for her exercise. Princess also enjoys her daily Kong as her foster parents leave for work.
Princess has grown to love to be outside, sniffing, walking, playing, and taking in all of the sights and sounds. She loves her kong, chew toys, and crinkle duck. Anything peanut butter flavored is her favorite.
She is unsure when meeting new people and pets but typically within five minutes is calm and just eager for another person to receive love from. She is learning basic commands like sit, stay, off, and boundaries like staying out of the kitchen.
Princess has gone from a pup who was scared of every sound and actual leaf that fell to one where her foster parents don't know the last time she had an accident! She's learning to signal when she wants to go outside to potty. Princess has grown to have more and more time alone as her foster parents both work full-time jobs. Since she's a puppy and learning to not chew on things, she is always crated when her humans aren't around. She is usually left with her kong and favorite toy.
Princess is still a puppy. She's wonderfully redirectable and is eager to please. Princess is still learning, typical of a puppy, what can be chewed on and what can't. Her foster parents limit what she has access to, for her safety. Princess has never destroyed anything. She is still working on confidence and would love a family that can help her learn that she is safe.
Princess is adorable and is eager to please. She is a cuddle bug that learns quickly.
Princess will be vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $525
$100 of her adoption fee is sponsored by Princess' lovely foster parents!
We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
