Hi there! My name is Stan, and I’m a sweet black lab mix weighing in at about 40 lbs. I’ve been hanging out at the shelter in Mississippi for the past three years, waiting for my forever home. But don’t let that fool you—I’ve got the warmest, golden brown eyes and a heart full of kindness.

I’ve been sharing a kennel with my best bud, Happy, and we’ve become quite the duo. We’d thrive best if we could stay together, bringing double the love and joy into your home.

The folks at the shelter say I’m a very good boy, and I absolutely LOVE people. I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to get some special attention when someone takes me out to play. I’m affectionate and ready to shower you with love. I’ve got great energy and am always up for some fun, but a lower stimulation home would be best.
