My name is Ruthie @The Cats Brew!

Sweet Ruthie has been with us since 2020, mostly because she is on the shy side (at first) so we have not assigned her the "shelter greeter" position. Ruthie is the perfect example of why shelter workers say to always take time to meet the shy or scared ones because it is like finding a hidden treasure. Ruthie is just that and we know she would blossom with her own forever family to show her love and a little patience. Once she trusts you she loves attention and wants to be pet, even resting her sweet face in your hands. You can pick her up and she LOVES to sit in your lap. She is one of the kindest "kids" at the shelter. She is always rubbing against one of the other cats because all of them seem to be comfortable with Ruthie. She has the sweetest meow and will come out if called for some of our volunteers. Ruthie is the whole package! Sweet and beautiful, her tabby markings are distinct and her eyes are some of the most soulful in the shelter.

Ruthie is spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, dewormed, & microchipped.  If you would like to meet Ruthie, and all the other cats & kittens, please go to our website at littleorphans.org and submit an online adoption application. With an approved application, we will be able to schedule an appointment for a private meet & greet at our shelter.
