My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COMING SOON! Salem's Adoption Application will be Avialable in the coming weeks! Salemis Currently Pending Appointment for Neuter and Remaining Vetting.

If you're interested in being notified by email when Salem's Adoption Application is open and ready to be submitted, please contact Natalie at: catadoptions@ahomeoftheirownrescue.org

Salem is a charming, solid black male kitten on a quest for his forever home and loving family! At just over three months old, Salem is healthy, vibrant, inquisitive, and full of playful energy.

Salem would thrive best if he could be adopted together with one of his siblings, Ash or Ember, at a special pair adoption rate of $175 each. However, Salem is available for adoption as a solo kitten at the standard kitten adoption fee of $200.

Salem has tested negative for FIV/FeLV, is microchipped, up to date on all age appropriate treatments and vaccines. Salem is scheduled to be neutered in the coming weeks.

If you would like to receive additional information about Salem, PLEASE EMAIL Natalie at: catadoptions@ahomeoftheirownrescue.org

Additional adoption info

The process to adopt/foster dogs and cats is different. Please speak to the volunteer assisting you in the adoption process to confirm details about the process.

Go meet their pets

We hold adoption events every weekend in the DC/Baltimore Metro Area and also schedule private meet and greets once a potential adopter/foster has applied for a specific dog or cat.
