Introducing Rex! Rex is a 10 month old, 43 pound mutt. He is a gentle puppy who loves to cuddle and play! He’s very inquisitive and enjoys the companionship of all humans. Alongside his bursts of energy, Rex is comfortable being at home lying side-by-side to whoever takes him home. Rex enjoys his set of chew toys and walks around the neighborhood. He walks well on a leash. Rex absolutely loves other dogs and loves going to the dog park. He loves pets from other humans and treat-motivated. Rex is working on his kennel training and would do best in a home where he is not left in the kennel for long periods of time. He is completely potty trained and does not bark a lot. Like most puppies, he will chew if left to his own devices but is easily redirected and loves his chew toys. He would do great with another pup in the home, or as a solo dog as long as he has plenty of toys to keep him busy. Is Rex the perfect pup for you? His adoption fee is $350. A refundable training deposit of $100 will be also due upon adoption. Training must be provided in a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The training deposit will be refundable within 3 months of the adoption date.
All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies. Please go to www.secondchancedogrescue.org and complete an application today! All dogs live in private foster homes until they are adopted.
