Meet Dolce – as sweet as her name suggests! Dolce is a 6 month old gentle soul with a heart full of love, ready to find her forever family. With her soft fur and warm, soulful eyes, Dolce has a way of melting hearts and bringing comfort to everyone she meets.
Dolce was found near a dumpster, but despite her rough start, she’s an incredibly sweet and loving kitten who’s ready to find her forever family.
Dolce is the definition of a purr machine, happily rumbling away whenever she’s being pet or cuddled. She’s a chill little lady who loves to relax, and her gentle nature makes her the perfect companion for cozy days at home.
This sweet kitten hasn’t had the chance to meet many other cats yet, but her friendly and adaptable personality suggests she may be a great fit for a multi-cat home with a proper introduction. She’s curious and open-hearted, showing lots of potential to befriend other cats who are gentle and welcoming. Dolce would probably enjoy a playmate!
If you have a calm, resident kitty, she might enjoy having a feline friend to play and cuddle with as she settles into her new home!
If you’re looking for a young, affectionate cat who will bring comfort, joy, and endless purrs into your life, Dolce is ready to meet you!
Dolce is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
