Zoey is a lovely shy girl who is shocked she ended up in the shelter. Her family had a baby and Zoey could not understand what was happening and who the stranger in the home was. She is just waiting for someone to come along and open their home to her. Zoey traveled with her family and even spent time in Japan with them during a deployment. She is shy but warms up quickly and wants to be right beside you and snuggle.
