Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Eva is a two year old, 62# Husky girl. She is likely not 100% Husky but her temperament and personality are very characteristic of the breed. She is spunky, playful, talkative, and has never met a stranger. Eva is active without being over-the-top in terms of energy level and settles well in the house with sufficient exercise. Being a husky, she can also be mischievous and a bit of a Houdini, though she is not destructive.
With dogs she can be a bit domineering and is what I would classify as a “rude greeter”. Meaning, her body language when meeting new dogs can be a bit antagonistic and she has needed some coaching on how to interact more politely. Once she is acquainted with a dog, she is largely a gracious playmate and confidante, although she typically prefers male dogs. Not that I ever really condone dog parks except in special circumstances, but she is definitely not a dog park or commercial doggy daycare candidate. I also would not recommend her to a home with small animals or very young children.
Eva has been bounced around a bit in her short life and would love to find her forever family. She walks well on leash, has good name recall, and knows basic obedience commands. She is also spayed, chipped, and up to date.
