I am lost and looking for my family! I came in as a stray without identification so I'm on hold until 11/1 in order to give my owner time to find me. You can visit the shelter and meet with me and become a Potential Adopter should my owner not come get me, but I'm not available to go home just yet. This adorable kitten is shy with new people and situations. The important thing will be to create a feeling of safety for him by letting him settle in one room of your home with everything he needs: food, water, toys and a litter box. Interact with him during this time so he gets used to you being a part of his new life. He will need toys and lots of time with you, but most of all he will need your patience and love to blossom to his full potential.
What my friends of SPCA of Bradley County say about me: "He was a little shy when we first met, but it didn't take too long for him to start purring. He loves getting pets. Gecko Moria is a really pretty little fluff-ball who has a lot of love to give. He is still very new, so he is just really unsure of what is going on right now; but, here in a few days, he will start coming out of his shell and his personality will shine. Would you like to see how bright his light becomes?"
As always, introductions to existing family members should be done slowly and over time. Our adoptions team will give you suggestions on how to introduce your new family member! Visit anytime! The Adoption Center is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-5pm. Appointments are not required for adoptions! Primary Color: Black Weight: 3.1 Age: 0yrs 2mths 4wks
