Harry needs and adopter in California (preferable), or we can bring him to Naperville, IL for pick up.

Meet Harry, the sweetest 2-year-old pitbull mix who's ready to find his forever home! This gorgeous brown and white boy was found as a stray, but you’d never guess it from his sunny, affectionate personality. Harry is about 45 lbs of pure love, always eager to give kisses and lean in for a cuddle. With his soulful brown eyes, he has a way of looking at you that says, “Will you be my family?” Look at his photo with his little tongue sticking out!

Harry is not only great with people but gets along well with other dogs, too! Pitbulls are often misunderstood, but they’re known for their loyalty, intelligence, and incredible affection towards their families. Harry is a shining example of the best qualities in this breed — friendly, loving, and always ready to make new friends.

If you’re in California, Harry is waiting for his happily-ever-after. And if you’re in Illinois, we can arrange for him to come to Naperville for a pick-up! He’s got the kind of face that melts hearts, and he’s hoping it’s yours.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to save the lives of dogs facing euthanasia in high-kill shelters nationwide by pledging funds that enable rescues to take in, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. On occasion, if we do not have a local rescue in place in the city the dogs are in, we bring them to Illinois to avoid their euthanasia. They are placed in boarding for vetting, once done, they are promoted for fostering or adoption.
